Challenge

Build a kit that is high-visibility at speed, photogenic for broadcast, and simple for production—while reflecting Lesotho identity without copying the flag verbatim.

Approach

• Locked a two-green core with blue/white/black accents for contrast and practicality.
• Reserved the chest for race bib/sponsor lockups; used white panels for legibility.
• Explored five looks (Designs 1–5): from clean heritage stripes to diagonal sash and tonal geometric greens—each balancing culture, performance, and sponsor clarity.
• Delivered vector masters, colour call-outs, and print zones for sublimation/heat-press.

Colour & symbolism

• Double Green (#009A44 & #006C3B): land, growth, endurance; two tones create depth on fabric and movement on camera.
• Sky Blue (#0050F0): clarity and ambition; used as trim/piping and number-field accents.
• White (#FFFFFF): clean panels for bib/sponsor readability and heat relief.
• Black (#000000): sharp outlines and micro-motifs, a subtle nod to the Mokorotlo emblem.

Final Result

A cohesive, flag-informed athlete identity that reads instantly as Lesotho-proud, is easy to manufacture, and stays consistent across vest, tee, shorts, and cap—ready for one hero race kit plus alternates for training and partner activations.
